We at Modoc Legal Services are experienced in court filings of any type, large or small. We work closely with our clients and the court clerks to make sure that filings are submitted properly, and that conformed copies are returned to our client as soon as possible.

You can submit your documents to us via postal mail, email, Dropbox, or fax. We will prepare them, and get them filed with the court the same day they are received, unless otherwise instructed by our client. In Modoc County, our local court, we need to have all documents for filing no later than 12:00pm, depending on size, so that we have plenty of time to copy the documents and take them to the court.

All court filings will be completed same-day. You will receive our invoice, along with either a "received" page that shows your document will be processed that day, or the actual conformed copy of your documents.
