Modoc Legal Services is experienced in transcription for all California courts. We have handled dissolutions, custody, estate planning, unlawful detainers, and much more. All documents will be prepared after a thourough intake process, and will be prepared in a timely manner. Please note however, we are simply a typing service. Documents can only be prepared if the information we receive from our client is accurate, and documents will only be transcribed with the information provided. We are not attorneys, and cannot give legal advice. If, after the intake process, we feel that your case would be better suited for an attorney, we can help you get in touch with one that will fit your particular situation.
